Craniofacial Center’s 65th Anniversary

In November, dignitaries and supporters of the Craniofacial Center at the University of Illinois-Chicago gathered to celebrate the Center’s long history of providing cutting edge and state of the art multidisciplinary care to all patients. Notable guests and speakers included Dr. Paula Allen-Meares, Chancellor of the University of Illinois at Chicago and Dr. Dimitri Azar, Dean of the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Dr. Mimis Cohen, Director of the Craniofacial Center and Chief of the Division of Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, recognized Marcia & Howard Aduss for their efforts to establish an advisory board for the Center and for spearheading the campaign for the relocation of the Center to its present location. He also recognized Arthur Catrambone, the second president of the Advisory Board of the Craniofacial Center, former Face the Future presidents Laurie Bay, Andrea Biel-Cohen, Gus Abello and current president Michael Judge, for their dedication and unique and meaningful contributions to the Center’s success. It was a wonderful evening.
