Justin Bucsa

I have been helping communities like Face the Future Foundation, Bests Buddies Foundation, and NWSRA since I was a teenager. I feel a strong sense of community with the patients at University of Illinois Craniofacial Center whom Face the Future Foundation serves. I feel it is so rewarding in life to hear a parent say, "you changed my child's life."

I was excited to tour The Center and enjoyed learning about the full scope of services provided to patients that go above and beyond the surgery and procedures. 

We all have emotions, and we all have anxieties. These two things tend to cloud our vision of the world. I believe in taking life slow and enjoying the little things in life. I have found this to be the best method to lower the effect of negative emotions, like anxiety, has on one's existence.

Justin is a career engineer who has been specializing in building and general construction for the past 6 years. He is very passionate about optimizing a company's internal operations to streamline daily tasks and build project management systems around them, saving small business money through increased productivity. 

Justin's academic background is in physics with experience in all STEM fields. When evaluating a new problem, he will always look for metrics for his initial understanding. When asked why, Justin always says, "the numbers never lie."
