Why I Joined Face the Future
"Giving back" has always motivating me in both my personal and professional life. I have served on Face the Future's board for the last thirteen years, after being recruited into the organization by her beloved friend, mentor and FFF's board member, the late Adrienne Green. I have been involved in conceptualizing and coordinating the annual holiday party with the Teen Board at the time and working on the galas.
About Michelle
Michelle's expertise includes event production and management, sponsorship, logistical support, marketing and public relations. As the President of StarEvents, she has built an event company that has generated over $22 million in profits for local non-profit groups. Michelle epitomizes the personal achievement and professional accomplishment that comes from applying innovative and proven principles of success in the festival and event industry. With a strong drive to achieve, she also relates to clients' needs, and develops a greater understanding of their vision, goals, and objective for their event.
Michelle lives in Chicago and has three daughters, with the youngest heading off to college.
