Expectation of Applicant:

The applicant will be required to provide proof of enrollment acceptance. The documentation must be submitted to Face the Future Foundation upon request.

If applicable, the applicant agrees to be photographed and honored publicly. The applicant agrees to have their name and photograph featured on the Face the Future Foundation website, social media and other promotional platforms and local publicity around the scholarship. Applicant will be required to sign a photograph release form for Face the Future Foundation.

Application materials will become property of Face the Future Foundation. Materials will not be returned to the applicant unless agreed to in advance.

Scholarship payment will be made to the institution in the form of a scholarship payment on behalf of the winner.

The winner must use the funds awarded in good faith towards preparation, application and attendance at an accredited two-year college, four-year college or vocational/trade school, barring any extreme circumstances beyond the applicant’s control. If the applicant fails to fulfill the basic requirements, the applicant must return the funds to Face the Future Foundation.
