Gina was introduced to Face the Future Foundation through her work at UIC Craniofacial Center. She views this new role as an opportunity to work alongside the most caring, compassionate and driven for positive change people. Face the Future Foundation has been able to find incredible ways to help even more families throughout their whole journey. Gina looks forward to growing Face the Future's gifting miracles by community outreach events.

Gina has been a surgical technician for over a decade at Shriners Children’s Hospital scrubbing in on hundreds of cleft and craniofacial cases. Shriners is affiliated with UIC Craniofacial Center (CFC) as patients with cleft lip and palate are able to get their cbct scans done over at CFC for preoperative planning purposes. That is how she found her passion on a new level of patient care starting to work at CFC part time as well assisting with all of the background work to make various cases happen and with the best outcomes possible. Gina became the Orthognathic Surgery Liaison for CFC and Shriners a few years ago working with orthodontists to bring in patient referrals to assist as many patients possible. She is honored to be on this life changing board capable of doing so much good in the world.
